2017 was a pivotal year for Tropicalia and its foundation - Fundacion Tropicalia. With novel and pronounced interest in our project from international development lenders, sustainability has never been more at the center of everything we do.
In 2018 we expect to accomplish these major milestones:
Finalize Four Seasons Tropicalia financing with international lenders - IFC and IDB Invest.
Consolidate Environmental and Social Action Plans set forth by IDB Invest and IFC.
Tailor our proprietary SMS for implementation in the construction and operational phases of our project.
Engage our general contractor and define a construction schedule.
Celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Fundación Tropicalia.
